Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

This is a unilateral policy of AI Tools for Today, LLC. It is not a signed price agreement — resellers set their own resale prices. We simply choose not to supply resellers who advertise below these prices.

Covered products & MAP

MAP covers every product in the wholesale catalog — tees, hats, pullovers, mugs, decals, patches, signs, and everything else we sell wholesale. MAP equals our current retail price for each product. If retail prices change, MAP changes with them. Examples:

• PushRod™ tees (Comfort Colors 1717) — MAP $26.95
• PushRod™ hats (Yupoong 6606) — MAP $26.95
• PushRod™ pullovers (Gildan 18000) — MAP $44.95

What "advertised price" covers

Any price a customer can see without putting the item in a cart: product listings, search ads, email, social posts, print, and digital promotions.

Prohibited

• Publishing or displaying any covered product below MAP.
• "Call / click for price" or other masking used to hide a below-MAP price.
• Strikethroughs, "was" prices, or incentives (coupons, rebates, bundle discounts) that drop the effective advertised price below MAP.

Promotional MAP (PMAP) windows are possible only with our prior written authorization naming exact dates and products (≥30-day notice).

Enforcement — 3-strike ladder

1. First violation: written notice; correct within 2 business days.
2. Second violation: 30-day shipment suspension + removal from promotions.
3. Third violation: termination of the wholesale account + placement on the do-not-sell list.

Enforcement is uniform — selective enforcement would destroy the policy's value, so every partner faces the same ladder.

Policy independence

This policy is unilateral, non-negotiable, and may be amended by us with written notice. Nothing here restricts the price at which you actually sell; it governs advertised prices only.
